Yes! Life happens. You can pause your subscription for up to 1 month with advance notice. Simply let us know, and we’ll adjust your schedule so you don’t miss a bouquet/arrangement.

We’re sad to see you go! You can cancel anytime with at least 7 days notice. Any unused bouquets in a pre-paid plan will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Occasionally, circumstances like weather or supply issues may prevent a delivery. If that happens, we’ll notify you immediately and either reschedule your delivery or issue a pro-rated refund.

Absolutely! Contact us at least 7 days before your next delivery, and we’ll adjust your subscription accordingly.

Your first delivery comes in a vase that’s yours to keep. Future deliveries follow our vase swap program. Want to keep each vase? You can add the Keepsake Vase Add-On

Subscription delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of Grass Valley, CA.

All subscriptions are delivered on Wednesdays in order to provide the freshest blooms possible. Please let us know when Wednesday of the month you’d like your blooms delivered.
