Yes! Life happens. You can pause your subscription for up to 1 month with advance notice. Simply let us know, and we’ll adjust your schedule so you don’t miss a bouquet/arrangement.

We’re sad to see you go! You can cancel anytime with at least 7 days notice. Any unused bouquets in a pre-paid plan will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Occasionally, circumstances like weather or supply issues may prevent a delivery. If that happens, we’ll notify you immediately and either reschedule your delivery or issue a pro-rated refund.

Absolutely! Contact us at least 7 days before your next delivery, and we’ll adjust your subscription accordingly.

Your first delivery comes in a vase that’s yours to keep. Future deliveries follow our vase swap program. Want to keep each vase? You can add the Keepsake Vase Add-On (+25 per delivery).
